FACTORY FABRICATION PROCESS

All Anti Skid Road Plates manufactured and supplied by St Helens Plant undergo a vigorous manufacturing and finishing process that includes three hours of shot blasting. Ensuring no moisture settles on the steel plate, prior to the application of the high friction Rocbinda surfacing system.

MATERIALS TEST CERTIFICATE

All Road Plates, treated or nontreated, are thoroughly tested and undergo a full verification process ensuring all ISO, BBA and HAPAS standards are met.

ISSUED WITH EVERY ROAD PLATE

All road plates manufactured by St Helens Plant, are issued with a materials test certificate - clearly showing all standards and regulations met and maximum weight load.
